The Renfrew County and District Health Unit has added one case to the daily update.
The new case reported this afternoon is a school staff member living in the Pembroke area.
Yesterday, the health unit said a staff member connected to three schools tested positive for the virus.
The individual worked in Opeongo High School, Madawaska Valley District High School and Sherwood Public School.
Information from the health unit suggests the individual is isolating at home and all close contacts of the positive case will be contacted directly.
No additional infections connected to the Beachburg Mennonite community have been reported with all 52 active cases in Whitewater Region listed in self-isolation.
