Extra money for Queen’s Park will be flowing to long term care homes approved under a 15 thousand bed Provincial expansion, and Arnprior’s Grove Nursing Home is one of those.
The Chief Executive Officer of Arnprior Regional Health says in the Grove’s case, that total amounts to 4.4 million dollars.
The CEO says at the point he isn’t certain the extra money will be a one-time payment, or spread out over a number of years.
Hannah says it is just a coincidence that the 4.4 million dollar allocation is almost equal to the local share of fundraising required for the project to have gone ahead.
