A trio of three women in Renfrew County have formed a steering committee to determine whether creating a central shared kitchen facility can add value to local farming produce.

Levesque and partners Jennifer Doelman and Tiffany Smiley got moving on it.
The trio want this to be a grass roots initiative among Renfrew county farming women- so the plan is to first gauge the interest, develop a sustainable model and then build capacity to help grow the local market.
A survey to help assess the interest is available from various sources, and Levesque would like them all returned by early December.
