The Save Our Legion campaign in Arnprior has wrapped up with a big “Mission Accomplished.”
The ad-hoc committee organized by Dave Pelkeye, Tracy Smith and Mike Marcil has surpassed its stated goal.
Marcil says the number of activities the trio put together were each successful in their own way, in contributing to the grand total.
Branch 174 Arnprior, as in other communities, had been severely affected as COVID-19 meant the gathering place had been unable to rely on the in-person activities that normally sustain its operation.
