What if the audience moves, and Santa stays in one place?
That’s the great plan that Theresa Carron and her team have come up with as a substitute for the annual Santa Claus Parade in Arnprior.
There will be some smaller, stationary floats- including one from the Food Bank, which is encouraging donations.
Carron says cars containing kids will form a line around the Nick Smith Centre and encounter Santa at its end.
She says there will be characters in costume to entertain as the cars wait in line.
