They may not be as long in the tooth as Santa, but the guys at The Arnprior-McNab-Braeside Men’s Shed are making a list and checking it twice.
The inaugural Woodworkers’ Christmas Craft Fair, offering locally-made, one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays is coming to the Nick Smith Centre in Arnprior.
The event will be Saturday November 7th, from 9AM to 2PM.
Among the available inventory are picnic tables, Muskoka (Adirondack) chairs, animal carvings, and hand-crafted Christmas ornaments.
The Craft Fair will have COVID-19 safety precautions in effect to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for the community.
This includes limited capacity, mandatory masks, physical distancing and hand sanitizer available throughout.
For community members who are not able to make it to the Craft Fair, the items will also be available for sale virtually via The Men’s Shed Facebook page.
Only cash or cheque payments will be accepted.
Proceeds from the sales will support The Men’s Shed ongoing programming costs.
