We continue to cover the COVID-19 outbreak at the Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior. Health officials say 20 residents have been tested and all returned negative as they await the results of a third swab of the affected staff member. Though no other cases are reported, the home remains on ‘outbreak’ with restrictions in place and is taking a cautious approach with the assistance of the Renfrew County and District Health Unit as well as Arnprior Regional Health. The affected staff member, who first tested detected, then a negative on a second swab, remains at home in self-isolation.
