The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting seven new cases of COVID-19 over the long weekend.
The local health unit recorded 60 confirmed cases on Friday, October 9th, and today (October 13th) is reporting 67.
Today’s case summary shows another four cases listed as resolved.
With 67 confirmed cases, 58 considered resolved and one death the RCDHU is aware of eight active cases.
The new cases today include six community members and one student.
Additional information including the school the student attends is not available at this time.
Five of the new cases have been confirmed in the Renfrew area, one in the Pembroke area and another in the Arnprior area.
