A 25-year-old from Killaloe is facing harassment charges following an investigation in Greater Napanee. OPP say that between July and August, several phone calls of a sexual nature were made to young teenage staff at a business in the Napanee area. Lennox and Addington OPP say the man also visited the business in-person and made further sexual comments without making any purchases. Jander Allan Tully is now facing two counts of criminal harassment and police are concerned there could be more incidents and victims. Police are currently looking for Tully. He is described as a white man, 5’6″ and 170 pounds with short straight black hair and brown eyes. He also wears glasses. Tully was scheduled to appear in Napanee court on Thursday. Anyone with further information is being asked to contact police.
