The majority of parents with children enrolled in the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board will be sending them back to class in September. Director of Education for the RCCDSB Jamie Perry says they had a strong response from their parent survey they sent out a few weeks ago.
Perry says that about 400 students will be taking part in online learning this year. To coordinate that aspect, the school board has assigned a Principal to oversee online learning. The Director of Education also says that the Renfrew County and District Health Unit has been a huge partner in the board return to school plan.
