An Arnprior man is facing charges after an incident outside of Pakenham that sent one person to hospital. Around 7:00am this morning (August 19th) police responded to a residence in Mississippi Mills Township and arrested a 36-year-old from Arnprior. A 33-year-old female was transported to hospital with serious injuries. The accused is facing charges of aggravated spousal assault and failure to comply with an undertaking. The identity of the accused cannot be released in order to protect the identity of the victim. The accused remains in custody with a court appearance in Perth on August 24th.
