The OSPCA Renfrew County Animal Centre has started limited contact adoptions. Community Development Coordinator Heather Jobe says they have a number of animals that are looking for their forever homes. She says it’s a pretty easy process to adopt a pet and it starts by looking on the OSPCA’s website to see who’s available.
Jobe says the doors to the building at 115 Woodcrest Drive in Pembroke remain temporarily closed to the public, but you can contact them by phone or email to get more details. She adds even if you’re not ready to adopt you can still support local animals by following along with fundraisers and by sharing posts about pets looking for homes.
Right now at the Renfrew County Animal Centre Jobe says they have some kittens, adult cats and even a bunny available for adoption.
