On Tuesday afternoon just before 2PM (June 9th), County of Renfrew Paramedics responded to a multi vehicle collision on Hwy 17 and Calabogie Road. The driver- a female in her 70’s was found trapped in her vehicle in serious but stable condition. Members of the McNab Braeside Fire Department extricated the driver. Paramedics provided care and treatment to the driver on scene until ORNGEair oversaw the transfer and took the driver to the trauma center. No injuries were sustained by the driver of the second vehicle.
As well, Renfrew OPP say that a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle Sunday on River Road in McNab-Braeside saw Ornge Air take the rider to hospital in critical condition.
