It’s the end of an era at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital and St. Francis Memorial Hospital in Barry’s Bay.
This week the CEO and Executive Director, Randy Penny, officially retired after over 30-years.
Penny says he is proud of what they’ve accomplished together for patients, families, hospitals and local communities. Penny thanked everyone he worked with over his career and says he’s grateful to have a wife and family by his side to support him every step of the journey.
He adds you would have a tough time finding other rural communities in Canada that enjoy such a broad range of program and services.
