This Sunday (May 31st), the Women’s Sexual Assault Centre (WSAC) of Renfrew County is hosting a virtual live Stream on Facebook. It will be honoring survivors to close out Sexual Assault Awareness Month. It will be held at the Survivors monument in Eganville starting at 2:00pm. The live stream will feature solidarity, words of poetry and music.
WSAC Renfrew County provides women and girls with information and support if they have experienced sexual violence sometime in their lives. There is a 24/7 crisis line which can be reached at 1-800-663-3060.
