Community Gardens are back on, as the Province eases COVID restrictions.
The initiative allows individuals and families to grow fresh, affordable healthy produce while increasing physical activity.
Renfrew County is now accepting requests for grant funding for community gardens in your area.
This money for the program is being provided by the Social Services Relief Fund.
Community and allotment gardens have to ensure that physical distancing is enforced, and that project participants do not gather in groups of more than five people.
