The Public Health Department in Outaouais Region (CISSS) is reporting its first death from COVID-19.
A patient who was hospitalized at the Covid-19 designated unit at the Hull Hospital has expired.
CISSS extends its deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones.
It is therefore more important than ever not to stop our efforts to prevent further deaths.

Regarding longterm care residences in the Region, CISSS is conducting several epidemiological investigations at the Lionel-Émond home, and an increase in cases is expected in the coming days.
