For those who are having a hard time wrapping your brain around the COVID-19 situation, there are ways to help calm your nerves. Talk a walk, find things around your house to keep busy, limiting time on social media, and keeping in touch with family and friends. Tom Sidney, Clinical Manager of the Robbie Dean Family Counselling Centre says there are more people seeking help to try and cope with the health crisis.
