An exchange student from Japan has to go home, due to the COVID 19 outbreak. President of the local Rotary Club, John Wilson, says the student is very, very disappointed she has to cut her Canadian experience short to go back to Japan.
Wilson says they have about 10 students in their district, which ranges from Montreal, to Watertown New York, to Kingston to Deep River, who are being called back to Canada and vice versa for the students studying here.
