The town of Renfrew is investing more than 160 thousand dollars in their municipal parking lots. Council approved a motion that would see the Plaunt, Argyle and Town Hall parking lots re-paved. Money will come from the parking reserve, which currently holds about 90 thousand dollars, the remaining cost will be covered by commitments of annual budget allocations for 2020 through to 2023. After collecting data on pricing from Cavanagh as well as Greenwood paving, the town decided go with Greenwood Paving for the work.
