Exercise UNIFIED RESOLVE 2020 links Garrison Petawawa to multiple military bases

A multi-jurisdictional military training exercise is well underway at Garrison Petawawa. Exercise Unified Resolve aims to maintain warfighting skills for the Canadian Armed Forces and other joint allies on the road to high readiness. Overseeing the operation, Colonel Pete Huet says the training has been ongoing for several months and involves several different military bases.

Huet says the exercise will prepare 2CMBG and its units for real world challenges. Unified Resolve is also a lead into the annual training exercise in Wainwright, Alberta where several hundred military members from Petawawa will be heading this spring.
