
Another court date has been set next week for the former Calabogie bartender charged in connection with a fatal collision in 2017. Anne Senack of Greater Madawaska Township is facing two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
Senack is accused of serving four underage Renfrew Timberwolves players before they were involved in a fatal collision on October 27th of 2017. Hockey teammates Brandon Hanniman and Alex Paquette were killed and Ben Scheuneman and Jake McGrimmon were seriously injured.
The matter was back in court yesterday (Feb. 6th) where it was pushed back until next Thursday (Feb. 13th) at 9:00 am at the Pembroke courthouse. The defense still has to decide if they want a trial by judge or jury.
