A 55 year old is lucky to have escaped serious injury after a single vehicle collision on Golden Lake this past Saturday. Killaloe OPP say they were called out just before 11:30 in the morning to Mundt Lane in Bonnechere Valley Township. A snowmobiler’s machine was heavily damaged after they hit a pressure crack on the ice surface of Golden Lake. Riders are reminded to take precautions when snowmobiling on trails not yet groomed and over waterways.
