Some good news from the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP. Police say they found a missing 80-year-old from Pembroke in good condition. Officers say the person went missing on Tuesday morning (January 21st) around 11:45 am. The individual is said to have left their retirement residence in the west end of Pembroke on foot. Due to the persons age and cold weather police were concerned for their well-being. The OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit assisted with the search. Around 2:30 pm the missing senior was found on foot about six kilometers away near Robinson Lane in Laurentian Valley Township.
