One person is dead and three people are in serious condition after a shooting in downtown Ottawa this morning.
Ottawa paramedics say they took three people to hospital and one was confirmed dead after shots were fired around 7:30 a.m. at a home in the area of Bank
Street and Gilmour Street. Police are urging people to avoid the area.
