Environment Canada says travel may be hazardous due to dense fog patches this afternoon. A fog advisory has been issued and remains in effect for the Renfrew, Arnprior and Calabogie area. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. The fog advisory comes alongside a special weather statement calling for a winter storm Sunday night into Monday. Light snow or ice pellets are expected late Sunday with heavier precipitation to arrive Monday morning before changing to periods of snow Monday night. Travel is expected to be very poor Monday with possible power outages depending on the amount of freezing rain.
