Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is investigating two business break-ins in Laurentian Valley Township. Police say they both happened early Monday (Nov. 25) morning. At about 1:50 am, two suspects broke into Brum’s Dairy on Bruham Avenue and stole cash registers containing cash. Then 2 hours later, two suspects broke into Colborne’s Fish and Chips on Boundary Road and stole cash, then fled on bicycles. Police believe the two suspects were responsible for both incidents. The first suspect was wearing a blue long-sleeved checkered hoodies, a ball cap, brown work boots, blue jeans, a blue Bud Light Blue Jays cooler backpack, gloves and a scarf over his face. The second suspect wore a long-sleeved shirt, hoodie and was riding a mountain bike.
