The Ottawa Police Service is looking for 39-year-old Dale Southwind. The missing person is described as an Indigenous male, about 6 foot 1 inch tall (185 cm), 240lbs with a medium build, black hair, clean shaven and black glasses. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a light brown jacket, black toque or black baseball hat and black running shoes.
Police say he was last seen on November 23rd in the 1100 block of Carling Avenue. There are concerns for his safety and the safety of others. The individual is known to frequent the Algonquin College and City of Pembroke areas.
