The 18th annual Gourley’s Outdoors Big Buck and Doe contest is getting underway. The contest, which awards prizes for the biggest deer harvested, runs between November 4th to the 17th. Organizer Keith Gourley says it’s easy to register.
In past years, Gourley says the biggest doe to come in weighed 160 pounds and they’ve had three bucks that come in weighing roughly 250 pounds. More details about the contest can be found on their facebook page.
