Renfrew County students wishing to participate in today’s Global Climate Strike will likely have to make their way to Ottawa to do so.
That was Jonathan Laderoute, Communications Officer with the Renfrew County District School Board.
Mark Searson, Education Superintendent with the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board says anyone heading to Ottawa should have their parents let the school know.
The Ottawa rally begins in Confederation Park at 11:30AM, then moves to Parliament Hill around 12:30PM and will continue until 2PM.
