Police are not laying charges following a collision between a farm tractor and a motorcycle at the intersection of Beachburg Road and Valleyview Roads in Whitewater Region on September 18. Following their investigation, OPP say the motorcycle was passing when the tractor attempted to make a turn and the two collided. The driver of the tractor was not injured but the driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
