The Arnprior and Area Physician Recruitment Committee is excited by the results of the 4th annual Doctor’s Dining Duel.
The objective was to raise $10 000 to help attract physicians to Arnprior.
It was both a culinary and a financial success, according to Mark Nieborg, who heads the community’s Doctor Recruitment Committee.
During the annual cocktail party, doctors and their culinary partners serve up amazing appetizer creations and compete for the coveted “People’s Choice Award”.
The event is the principle fundraiser to support the attraction of new medical talent to the Arnprior community.
