A youtube series, used as a vehicle by the OPP to share stories on nefarious killers and how they were caught has released a new video. The series, called Serial Instinct – Through an OPP Investigative Lens is up and running. Their most recent video in the series features a killer closer to home. The youtube video takes a look Basil Borutski, currently serving time for the murders of Nathalie Warmerdam, Carol Culleton and Anastasia Kuzyk and how police were able to track him down to take him into custody.
