OPP are using YouTube as a vehicle to share stories on nefarious killers and how they were caught. The channel, called Serial Instinct – Through an OPP Investigative Lens is up and running, with the first of its mini-documentaries already loaded. The first installment looks at the case of Dellen Millard, found guilty of killing Tim Bosma, Laura Babcock and his father Wayne Millard. The series will also examine a killer much closer to home. The YouTube video will also take a look at Basil Borutski, currently serving time for the murders of Nathalie Warmerdam, Carol Culleton and Anastasia Kuzyk and how police were able to track him down to take him into custody. There is currently no release date for Bortuski’s story.
