Three young men are facing some serious charges following an incident in Arnprior last month. Renfrew OPP were called to an assault on August 30 and as a result of their investigation, they arrested and charged 19 year old Jacob Beaver of Orleans, 19 year old Thomas Gilks of Arnprior and 20 year old Riley Pope, also of Arnprior, with assault with a weapon and uttering threats. Beaver and Gilks are also facing charges of failure to comply with a probation order. All three were held in custody over night until their bail hearing on August 31.
