A Renfrew man is facing a hefty fine and a charge following a traffic stop on August 14. The 27 year old was stopped in McNab Braeside after Renfrew OPP responded to a traffic complaint. The driver was issued a summons for stunt driving. Stunt driving charges are laid when a vehicle is caught going at least 50 kilometres an hour over the posted speed limit and it can result in a hefty fine, demerit points and the suspension of the driver’s license and the vehicle impounded.
