The group has done a lot of good work on rehabilitating the watershed and reducing the incidence of blue-green algae blooms over its short five-year history.
Spokesperson Megan Rae says guest speaker Casey Schelock will share some valuable information for the farming community.
Schelock has been with ALUS Canada as its Eastern Hub Manager since 2017, and has her finger on the pulse of settling pond projects, wetland restoration and pollinator initiatives.
Rae says the AGM will also see the election of new officers for the coming year.
The meeting takes place at the Whitewater Region Municipal Office (44 Main Street, Cobden), use the rear entrance.
The meeting runs 6:30 to 8:30PM.
