The Township of McNab-Braeside is proposing to update its Zoning By-Law to recognize the 2019 flood elevations experienced along the Ottawa River this Spring.
There are two events planned to inform residents about what is being suggested, and seek their input on any changes they’d like to see.
Mayor Tom Peckett says this Thursday from 4 to 7PM there will be an Open House at the municipal office, where residents can see what is being proposed and share their comments with staff.
The Mayor says there will also be a Public Meeting on the matter on Tuesday August 13th, also at the Township Office on Russet Drive.
That session begins at 6PM
