Wanted man known to frequent Ottawa area

There’s a Canada wide warrant for an Indigenous man known to frequent Ottawa. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is looking to the public for any information on Manasie Ipeelee, a 47 year old man with long black hair, black goatee and brown eyes. He’s five foot three, roughly 140 pounds and wears prescription glasses. He’s wanted on a breach of statutory release and is currently bound by a Long Term Supervision Order from a six year sentence for sexual assault causing bodily harm.
