Mayor Brian Hunt says Allison Vereyken has returned to municipal staff.
Vereyken initially left her Treasurer’s position in Greater Madawaska Township for a role on staff at Lanark Highlands township.
Mayor Hunt says Vereyken now has the hyphenated position of Clerk-Deputy Treasurer, and may end up doing double duty, as the CAO is off on Parental Leave, and the individual who had been filling the Treasurer’s role has left the job.
