It’s billed as the Whitewater Bike ‘n Brew, a companion to the popular Tour de Whitewater cycling event.
The cycling event will be held beginning at the Westmeath Recreation Centre this Saturday from 1130AM to 6PM.
Organizer Cathy Williamson says you can quench your thirst with craft beers, ciders, wines, and spirits.
Admission is fifteen dollars at the gate, and musical entertainment will be provided by Upstream Dave Walker, the Donohues from Douglas, Rich Martel, Kiersten McMullen,
Travis Lammi, Kaci Blok, Mitch Desilets, and Glen and Christina Ethier.
There’s a Food Truck and ice cream available.
At 2 PM take part in Beer Yoga at the Ball Diamond. Bring your Yoga mat, and admission is $15.
All proceeds go toward a Westmeath Community Active Living Rest Stop.
