Applications are now available for Ontario Renovates. The program is a partnership between the County of Renfrew and the province, and general manager of the Renfrew County Housing Corporation, Carol Neill, says it’s very beneficial to residents of the county.
Up to $3,500 in grant money is available per applicant for accessibility improvements and up to $10,000 per applicant is available in the form of an interest free forgivable loan. The property in question must be in Renfrew County, the house must be valued below $227,097 and the total household income can’t exceed $80,300.
