The court has heard more testimony in the trial of accused triple murderer Basil Borutski.
Shirl Roesler lived in the same social housing building as Borutski in Palmer Rapids at the time of the murders of Carol Culleton, Anastasia Kuzyk and Nathalie Warmerdam.
According to CBC, Roesler testified today and said that Borutski visited her the night before the murders, and that he was very angry, and even said ‘karma was going to come back and get her,’ about Culleton, the first victim who was strangled with a television cable at her cottage.
Roesler says that Borutski was under the impression that Culleton was fooling around with one of his friends behind his back.
Her testimony is expected to continue when court picks up again tomorrow.
